Do you offer weekend appointments?

Unfortunately, we do not offer weekend appointments.

Can I be seen at one of the Diamond Headache Clinic locations, either in Chicago or Hoffman Estates?

We currently are having our patients only be seen at Diamond Headache Clinic if inpatient treatment is recommended by a Purath provider. If that is expected you will be considered a new patient at Diamond Headache Clinic and your Purath provider will walk you through that process.

Can I be admitted to the Diamond Headache Inpatient Unit in Chicago?

If inpatient treatment is recommended by your Purath provider then they will walk you through the process of becoming a new patient at Diamond Headache Clinic and the admission process.

You do not accept my insurance, where else can I go for treatment?

If we are not contracted with your insurance or specific plan, we offer affordable self-pay rates. If you would rather use your insurance elsewhere with an in-network provider, please contact the National Headache Foundation at 1-888-NHF-5552 for additional providers.
